1) How long does the warranty last?
Unless otherwise indicated in the product documentation, our standard warranty lasts 2 years.
2) Which components are covered by the warranty?
All critical components such as control, motor and lights are covered by the warranty.
All components such as glasses, filters, bulbs, chimneys, removable parts and/or aesthetic defects reported after installation are excluded from the warranty (for any further information please refer to the warranty terms included in the product documentation).3) When can I request the product replacement?
In order to obtain a complete replacement of kitchen extractor hoods and induction cooktops, the request must be filed within 1 week of the purchase of the product and it must not have been installed.
4) Which is the correct way of use of the hood?
The hood should always be in use when you are cooking.
To obtain the best performances and efficiency, and be sure to filter all the air, we suggest you to turn on the hood 5/10 minutes before start cooking, and switch if off only 10/15 minutes after you stop cooking.5) Which products should I use to clean the hood/hob?
For cleaning use a damp cloth with denatured alcohol or neutral liquid detergents.
Do not use abrasive and/or aggressive products (for any further information please refer to the user manual).6) How to clean a steel hood?
A kitchen hood must be cleaned regularly to avoid excessive accumulation of grease. The external surface must be cleared of dust and oily traces once a week, while the internal part must be cleaned every two months. We always recommend the use of specific degreasing products.
7) How long does the grease filter last? And how can I clean it?
All our grease filters are washable. Cleaning the grease filters is more or less necessary depending on the type of cooking and how often you use the hood. However the grease filter should be cleaned at least once a month, with non-aggressive detergents, either manually or in a dishwasher at low temperatures and short-cycle. Most of our products with electronic control are equipped with a grease filter cleaning warning.
8) How long does the charcoal filter last? And should it be replaced or can I clean it?
The charcoal filter is generally neither washable nor regenerable, it just need to be replaced when over. Some of our products are equipped with special charcoal filter that can be washed and regenerated for a limited amount of times.
Please refer to the user manual to get the specific information for your product. Replacing the charcoal filters is necessary mwith more or less frequency depending on how often you use the hood the type of cooking you do. However the charcoal filter should be replaced at least once every 6 months. Most of our products with electronic control are equipped with a charcoal filter replacement warning.9) Which is the correct distance between the hood and the hob?
The hood must have a minimum distance of 65 cm from the induction cooktops, unless otherwise indicated by the manufacturer. If the hob installation instructions specify a greater distance, you must take this into account.
Always read the user manuals before installation to check the correct distance between the products.10) When should I contact technical support?
Whenever there is a malfunction of critical components (such as power cord, motor, control) or heavy aesthetic components are damaged (such as chimneys, glasses, etc.), they must be repaired or replaced immediately.
Every inspection, repair, or replacement must be done only by qualified personnel like official technical service, regardless of whether the product is still covered by warranty or not, in order to prevent any risk.
Any intervention by staff other than the official technical service will automatically invalidate any residual warranty on the product.11) Where can I find technical service contacts or order spare parts?

The installation and connection to the electrical network of our products must be carried out by qualified and authorized personnel.
Our products, depending on the type, are delivered with cable ending with plug or with cable ending with tips.
If the product is equipped with an electric cable ending with a plug, this must be used for the connection, and therefore an adequate electrical outlet must be provided in the immediate vicinity.
If the product is equipped with a cable ending with tips, it can instead be connected via terminal blocks, always respecting the regulations in force.
A product equipped with a cable with a plug must never be installed by removing the plug from the cable and using terminal blocks instead. An installation of this type is considered an unauthorized modification of the product, and therefore invalidates the warranty.13) How can I identify my product
The code that identifies the product is shown on the characteristics label. On the label look for: the model, the item code and the production date. To access the characteristics label it is necessary to remove the aluminum filter grids.
